Shipping policy

Please allow 1 - 2 business for your order to be processed for shipping. Successfully placed orders will received a notification once the order is shipped. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam filters or contact us for confirmation.

Shipping time will depend on your location. For Canadian and US orders, please allow 2 - 8 for delivery. International delivery times will take longer.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@thegoodstrand.com. We will not be able to make any changes to your order once the order has shipped.

Please ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in address that was provided to us. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping on all Canadian and US orders on purchases $50+ (before taxes). 

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Good Strand Hair Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@thegoodstrand.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
